Montrose Pavilion
Book tickets
To commemorate the 10th annual MountainFilm on Tour in Montrose, event organizers have expanded it to two evenings, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 13 and 14. Both shows will be at the Montrose Pavilion starting at 6:30 pm, and admission is free! (donations appreciated).
The Friday screening will feature the full-length film “Unbranded,” this year’s Audience Choice Award at Telluride MountainFilm, where it premiered.
Focusing on the plight of wild mustangs held in captivity by the BLM, the full-length film follows Texas cowboy Ben Masters and three friends as they adopt, train and ride wild horses 3,000 miles from the Mexican border to Canada through some of the American West’s wildest terrain.
Organized as a joint fundraiser for the Uncompahgre Valley Association (UVA) and Community Options, the event is free with a cash bar. UVA will also host a silent auction (Friday, Nov. 13 only) to kick off your holiday shopping!
