	New Pioneers of the Yampa Valley	November 20
	Starting in 2006, the Community Alliance of the Yampa Valley (CAYV) has asked the Yampa Valley to nominate friends, neighbors, and associates as New Pioneers who are leading us to an ecologically, economically, and culturally sustainable future. By supporting our New Pioneers we help maintain, promote, and grow these practices in our community. At our awards dinner, a rich cross section of people from the Yampa Valley come together to eat locally produced food and to celebrate and honor these New Pioneers. We are very excited about this Fifth Annual Event. The event starts at 5:30 pm at the Steamboat Springs Community Center (1605 Lincoln Avenue).
